Terms of Service
Last updated: Jul 21, 2026
1. Who we are
Sawirpost is operated by Sawir Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Sawirpost", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using sawirpost.com (the "Service"), you agree to these terms.
2. The service
Sawirpost lets you compose, schedule, and publish content to social media accounts you connect, and to view engagement data those platforms report. We publish only what you (or teammates in your organization) create and schedule — on your instruction, to accounts you authorized.
3. Your account and organization
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Organization owners control channels, members, approvals, and billing. Content scheduled by your organization is your organization's responsibility.
- You must be legally able to enter this agreement and old enough to hold accounts on the platforms you connect.
4. Trials, billing, and cancellation
- New organizations receive a 14-day free trial with full features. No payment method is required for the trial.
- After the trial, continued scheduling requires a paid subscription ($19/month per organization unless stated otherwise at checkout), billed through Stripe. Prices exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout where we are registered to collect them.
- You can cancel any time from the billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. We don't offer refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.
- If your trial or subscription lapses, scheduling pauses but your data remains; subscribing resumes where you left off.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Sawirpost to:
- send spam, bulk unsolicited content, or coordinated inauthentic behavior;
- violate the terms, automation rules, or rate limits of any connected platform;
- publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful;
- probe, disrupt, or overload the Service or access it by any means other than the interfaces we provide (the app, the documented API, and your personal access tokens).
We may suspend or terminate accounts that put our platform integrations at risk — a single spamming account can jeopardize publishing for every customer, and we act accordingly.
6. Your content and platform connections
- You keep all rights to content you create. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and transmit it to the platforms you schedule it to.
- Connecting a channel authorizes us to store the platform's access tokens (encrypted) and act on that account solely to publish what you schedule and read the engagement metrics we display.
- Each platform's own terms apply to content published there. Use of YouTube features is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service.
- Disconnecting a channel stops future publishing to it; platform-side authorizations can also be revoked in that platform's settings.
7. AI features
AI-assisted drafting and image generation are provided through third-party model providers and are subject to monthly plan limits. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before publishing it; it may be inaccurate. Prompts and generated content are processed by the providers named in our Privacy Policy.
8. Availability and disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". We work to publish on schedule, but publishing ultimately depends on third-party platforms whose APIs can fail, throttle, or change without notice; we do not guarantee delivery, timing, or continued availability of any platform integration. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sawir Studio LLC's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.
10. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (content licenses already exercised, liability limits, governing law) survive termination.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email with reasonable notice. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Questions go to support@sawirpost.com.
