Queue and scheduling
Three ways to get a post out of the composer, and one approval flow for teams.
Queue
Your team has daily posting slots — 09:00, 13:00, and 17:00 by default, editable on the calendar page (up to six per day). Hitting Queue places the post into the next slot that doesn't already have something scheduled.
Slots are presets, not promises: they only exist so you don't have to think about times. Nothing posts on an empty slot.
Schedule
Pick an exact date and time. The calendar shows everything scheduled; drag a post to a different day to reschedule it, or click an empty slot to start a new post at that time.
Drafts
Save without a time and it sits in drafts until you're ready.
Approval for teams
Members create drafts; owners approve. When a member submits a post, an owner sees it flagged for approval and can approve (it schedules) or leave a comment asking for changes. Owners schedule directly without the extra step.
Publishing
At the scheduled minute, Sawirpost publishes to every targeted channel and starts the reply chain timers. If a channel fails (expired token, platform outage), the failure shows on the post — the other channels aren't held back.
