Threads and replies
A post in SawirPost can be a chain: the main post plus any number of replies, each with its own delay.
Building a chain
Press + under the main card to add a reply card. Each reply has:
- its own text (and per-channel overrides, like the main post),
- a delay — minutes after the previous item publishes, not after you scheduled it. "Main post now, reply one 30 minutes later, reply two 15 minutes after that."
On X, drafts longer than 280 characters split into reply cards automatically.
What a chain becomes on each network
| Network | Chain publishes as |
|---|---|
| X, Bluesky, Mastodon, Threads | Native reply thread |
| Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, LinkedIn | Comments under the post |
| Discord, Slack | Sequential messages in the channel |
| YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Dribbble | Not supported — these channels get the main post only |
The composer won't let you target a reply at a channel that can't carry it.
Timing guarantees
Replies wait for their parent: if the main post fails on a channel, its replies for that channel don't fire. Delays are relative, so a rescheduled post drags its whole chain along with it.
